Young attacker Dane Scarlett has a hamstring issue, according to Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou.

After just 12 appearances, all of which came off the bench, the 19-year-old was brought back from his loan at Ipswich Town, where he struggled to earn regular playing time.

However, the player is now regrettably the most recent casualty of Tottenham’s injury curse.

Ange Postecoglou revealed to the media prior to Sunday’s match against Manchester United that the youthful attacker had suffered a hamstring injury during practice.

“Dane Scarlett has picked up an injury in training so he’s out,” he stated (via Football London).Dane’s hamstring

Tottenham’s injury record has been quite unfortunate. Throughout the season, Ange Postecoglou’s team has had injuries to a total of twenty players.

Tottenham should also be concerned about the fact that hamstring injuries have accounted for a significant portion of these. Dane Scarlett, Ben Davies, Cristian Romero, and Micky van de Ven have all experienced hamstring issues.

The Spurs coaching staff and medical staff should investigate and treat the team’s persistent hamstring problem.
