With Eric Dier’s departure from Tottenham Hotspur and his arrival at Bayern Munich yesterday, TalkSPORT analyst Jamie O’Hara has spoken his opinions.
Spurs have already closed a good deal of business throughout this window. Radu Dragusin became a permanent member of the team this week after Timo Werner arrived on loan. Dier has now joined one of the greatest clubs in the world after leaving Tottenham as well.

Jamie O’Hara responds after Eric Dier joins Bayern Munich from Tottenham
Yesterday, Eric Dier said a tearful farewell to the supporters of Tottenham Hotspur after finalizing his transfer to Bayern Munich.
For nearly ten years, the Englishman was a vital member of the Spurs team. He plummeted down the pecking order after Ange Postecoglou‘s arrival in the summer, and it quickly became evident that he had no future at the club.
Dier was targeted by Bayern in the summer of that year, but no deal came together. The Germans chose to pursue Radu Dragusin, the 29-year-old Spurs star, after they, ironically, missed out on him earlier this month. This time, they were successful.
Dier made a huge step when he signed a contract to play for Bayern Munich. Jamie O’Hara, a pundit and fan of Tottenham, was shocked that the Englishman was able to complete the trade.
He declared, “Eric Dier has moved to Bayern Munich,” on talkSPORT. Fair play to him, he has been a fantastic servant to the football club.
“What a move by the way. I could see it if Harry Kane was to sign a contract worth £100 million with one of the greatest teams in history, but fair play to Eric Dier—he’s a terrific player who’s had a respectable career at Spurs.
“He’s done okay, but he’s totally out of sorts. He’s moved to a better club and is now miles away from where Spurs want him to be, playing at center-half.
“Absurd! Well done, sir. That is an action you never witness.

Harry Kane and Eric Dier might win the Champions League.
Like Harry Kane, Eric Dier was a Tottenham player for over 10 years, but he was not fortunate enough to bring home a trophy from North London.
To the frustration of Spurs supporters, they may both win significant prizes in the upcoming months.
Bayern is one of the biggest sports teams in the world. They are currently trailing Bayer Leverkusen in the race for the Bundesliga title, but they still have a chance to win it again, and they have great potential in the Champions League.
Just a few months after losing favor at Tottenham, Dier might complete the season with both the German league title and the Champions League if all goes according to plan.
