According to fresh rumors, Tottenham Hotspur is attempting to recruit Sebastian Szymanski, a midfielder for the Polish national team.

Spurs have a busy transfer window and have added Radu Dragusin and Timo Werner to bolster their roster.

Tottenham is also pursuing Antonio Nusa, and the subject of Conor Gallagher is a topic that will never move away.

But Ange Postecoglou now wants to sign Fenerbahce midfielder Szymanski, according to Turkish publication Aksam.

Spurs are interested in signing Sebastian Szymanski.

The source claims that Tottenham is very interested in Szymanski, and Postecoglou is reportedly a big fan of the Polish player personally.

This season, the midfield player has been in incredible form, directly contributing to 26 goals—12 of which have been his own.

According to the source, Szymanski will be watched by Spurs scouts this weekend in the stands, and a bid may follow.

Fenerbahce would profit more than £15 million on the midfield player if they paid an approximate sum of £26 million.

In an otherwise quiet window, Tottenham are among the teams that have been more active thus far.

One more name to be aware of

Finally, with a few more names named, it appears that the window may be getting going.

Szymanski, who is 24 years old and obviously quite talented, fits the type of player Tottenham is hoping to sign.

Szymanski, formerly of Feyenoord, is undoubtedly a guy that European scouts are keeping an eye on because he has already won a league title in Holland.

It appears that Tottenham is attempting to arrive early in order to avoid any possible rush. And if they do, you have to commend the club for finishing it.

It will have been a historic year for the team if they sign Szymanski and Nusa and then acquire Gallagher in the summer.
