Ali Al-Hamadi, a wonderkid, is being heavily linked to a move to Leeds United before January, but his manager Johnnie Jackson has stated that he would not trade the star for any other League Two player.

This season, Al-Hamadi, 21, has been in incredible form for Wimbledon, tallying 14 goals and dishing out six assists. 44 games, 24 goals, and 7 assists for the fourth-tier team since arriving in January.

The Iraqi striker is reportedly valued at £1.5 million, and Leeds, Sunderland, Derby, and Blackburn are all interested in signing him.Darragh MacAnthony has ruled out going to Peterborough, who is in League One.

Wimbledon will undoubtedly have challenges in the winter window as they attempt to hold onto him through the end of the season at the very least. in particular, if it is offered for £1.5m. Jackson is a huge fan of Al-Hamadi.

The Dons manager now says he wouldn’t trade his standout striker for any other player in the league, demonstrating how much faith Johnnie Jackson has in Al-Hamadi. This is reported by The London Football Scene.

At this level, he is the best there is. Though I believe he has demonstrated his danger level throughout the season, it was probably not evident in the early season statistics.I wouldn’t want to have any other player. We are fortunate to have him.

Boss refuses to trade Ali Al-Hamadi, a target for Leeds, for another player

What comes next? Will Leeds try something in January? Can we really use the Iraq ace? Everything could hinge on what transpires with Patrick Bamford, Mateo Joseph, and Joe Gelhardt during the January transfer window.

Bamford is probably going to hold out until the summer. Daniel Farke told Gelhardt that he would be remaining in Leeds when Gelhardt appeared on the weekend, and Joseph is starting to get more involved.

Al-Hamadi might be the target if any one of the three departs. Leeds might possibly choose to sign the striker and then return him to Wimbledon on loan. Although he is a star, it is unclear if Leeds will make an attempt.
