Fourteen minutes into Tuesday’s EFL Cup quarterfinal against Chelsea, Newcastle United led 1-0 thanks to a goal from Callum Wilson, who already had eight for the season.
Wilson used the outside of his right boot to beat Blues goalie Djordje Petrovic after sprinting with the ball inside his own half.

The English attacker outmuscled Thiago Silva, but Benoit Badiashile, Chelsea’s other center-back, intervened by putting his body between Wilson and the ball.
Wilson rejoiced in front of several home fans, but Badiashile undone all of his hard work by letting the ball bounce off his right shin and into Wilson’s path.
Wilson put his finger to his lips and shushed Stamford Bridge.
Wilson then responded to insulting gestures from many Chelsea supporters by blowing them a kiss.
