There have been rumors of Antonio Nusa joining Tottenham Hotspur.

The young player might become Spurs’ third acquisition of the January transfer window.

To put it mildly, this is an extremely intriguing signing for the north London club, as reports indicate that the teenage attacker is closing in on a move this month.

Spurs supporters should overlook Nusa’s lack of knowledge at the age of 18, given that he has been playing in Belgium.

But as usual, Alasdair Gold has done some research for the Spurs supporters, and in an interview with the Gold and Guest Talk Tottenham Podcast, the writer offered some insight into the character of the young guy.

People that know Nusa have talked about how humble the young man is all the time, according to Gold.

Nusa is modest.

What Gold has been told about the teenager has been shared.

We’ve spent the day learning everything there is to know about this very interesting young guy and his journey. It looks that conversations have taken place this week. When speaking with others who are familiar with him, the word “humble” immediately came to mind. Which is a wonderful phrase in today’s game, not to put down any young players out there, but everything points to Nusa being like that. It’s hard for young players to keep their feet on the ground when they’re earning decent players,” Gold said.

Wonderful to hear

Nusa seems like he’ll blend in well at Tottenham.

One of the most grounded managers the Premier League has ever seen is Ange Postecoglou, and he instills this attitude in his players.

Postecoglou doesn’t have time for egotistical players, and Nusa seems like a wonderful fit for his style of thinking.

It has to be seen, of course, if this signing crosses the boundary, but if Nusa does come on board, this may be a match made in heaven.
