Before Leeds United plays Norwich City, Daniel Farke has some “good news” for Leeds United supporters.

During his pregame press conference on Tuesday afternoon, Daniel Farke provided an update on Leeds United attacker Willy Gnonto’s injury before the team’s encounter against Norwich City on Wednesday.

Since October 25, Gnonto, 20, has only made one start for Leeds in the Championship—during the defeat to West Brom. However, since then, he has appeared in every other game as a replacement. He has trouble getting started.

primarily due to Cree Summerville and Dan James. In addition, Gnonto was dropped from the team and was unable to regain his starting position at Leeds as a result of his attempt to depart in the summer.

Although teams like Fulham and West Ham are interested in hiring him, it appears that he will soon sign a new contract at Elland Road. Gnonto was hurt in Sunday’s victory over Preston and was not present for the previous outing.

A problem, his hip. However, Farke stated in a Tuesday speech that the Italy player might play again on Wednesday—just not right away. He believes that Tuesday afternoon is when Gnonto could train.

“Some encouraging news and some Gnonto advancement. He hasn’t yet participated in team training. This afternoon is our session. For the first time, we attempt to include him in the session. He said, “He hasn’t been in for 12 days.

“It is a matter for the team, although it is unclear if he will be ready right away. According to Leeds United’s YouTube account, Farke continued, “I expect him to be back against Plymouth in The FA Cup.”

For Leeds against. Norwich, Daniel Farke suggests Willy Gnonto might make a comeback.

Naturally, it helps to have a player like Gnonto back in the lineup. At this level, he would enhance any team. even if he doesn’t initiate. He is unable to start against Norwich on Wednesday night, as Farke suggests.

Although Gnonto hasn’t yet reached his peak, he may feel that he has another opportunity to play for Leeds this season with a new contract on the horizon for the former Inter Milan and Zurich forward.
