At the academy, Callum Olusesi has been making an impression.
Within Tottenham’s academy, Callum Olusesi has already made great strides, showcasing his skill in squads for the U17, U18, and U19 age groups.
For Spurs’ U18 team, the teenager has been quite good this season, making 18 appearances across all competitions and scoring 8 goals and dishing out 4 assists.
Europe was interested in him because of his outstanding accomplishments; Romano reportedly stated that five European teams were chasing him last summer. He appears to have rejected them all, though, and joined Tottenham on a professional contract.
Even if Olusesi might not be ready for first-team duty right away, the club and the player both benefit greatly from his signing.
Fostering future-focused players like Olusesi at Tottenham guarantees a solid basis for continued success in the years to come.
