West Ham may be in danger after Leverkusen received a significant boost in their Europa League quarterfinal.

Although West Ham and Bayer Leverkusen’s Europa League matchup is sure to be exciting, the Bundesliga team is heavy favorites to advance to the competition’s semifinals.

Nevertheless, David Moyes and his Hammers players will be confident that they can defeat the Germans, and unlike many journalists and pundits, I think we have a much better chance of defeating Xabi Alonso’s team.

West Ham is now sixth in the Premier League standings, and despite some extremely bad outings this year, we have shown that we can compete well against any team on our day.

Leverkusen, on the other hand, are the undisputed Bundesliga leaders, leading second-place Bayern Munich by ten points at the moment.

It’s a tantalizing tie to look forward to, whatever happens. We will undoubtedly have challenges in this two-leg match, and I fully anticipate that we will be tested at both the London Stadium and the battlegrounds of Germany. That does not imply, however, that we cannot advance to the semifinals.

However, with the most recent breaking news, we may have even more work ahead of us.

Ahead of West Ham’s Europa League quarterfinal, Bayer Leverkusen scores.

On Thursday, April 11th, the Hammers travel to Germany to play Leverkusen in the first leg at Bay Arena. A week later, we will host them at London Stadium.

West Ham would be happy with any kind of victory over the Bundesliga team; in fact, I’d be happy with a draw any day!

Ahead of West Ham’s Europa League quarterfinal, Bayer Leverkusen scores.

Leverkusen striker Victor Boniface hasn’t played a game since December, but has just started back at full training, according to Soccernet Nigeria.

The 23-year-old hitman is someone the Hammers should be extremely wary of. Everyone is aware of Boniface, and it seems that Moyes want to bring him to the London Stadium.

In 23 games this season for Bayer Leverkusen, he has racked up an extremely outstanding 16 goals and 8 assists (Transfermarkt).

As a center-forward, Boniface is an absolute beast, and the Hammers defense will not be enjoying playing against him in the slightest.

Prior to their two-leg Europa League quarterfinal matchup with West Ham next month, Bayer Leverkusen will greatly benefit from having the Nigerian striker back and available for selection.
