Ryan Sessegnon is almost ready to go back to group training, according to Alasdair Gold.

When Sessegnon suffered a hamstring injury at the beginning of the preseason in the summer, his chances of making an impression on Ange Postecoglou were destroyed.

Because of this, the Australian hasn’t had a chance to examine the 23-year-old in greater detail yet, but this might change very soon.

Tottenham released a video of the left-back working out alone on the Hotspur Way fields a little more than a week ago on Instagram as he continued his recuperation.

The former Fulham player looked to be moving rather well when he was observed performing some ball exercises and sprints.

Ryan Sessegnon’s return to training is rapidly approaching.

According to Gold, the young player should begin working out with his teammates by the end of the month.

Ryan Sessegnon is scheduled to return to group training in the next week or two, the journalist stated on the Gold & Guest Talk Tottenham podcast.

While Yves Bissouma is presently serving a ban, players like Micky van de Ven, James Maddison, Rodrigo Bentancur, Manor Solomon, and Ivan Perisic are still out due to injuries.

Giovani Lo Celso is also sidelined at the moment due to a slight injury, and he is still doubtful for Tottenham’s forthcoming match against Everton.

Although Sessegnon is thrilled about this, I do not believe the 23-year-old will have many opportunities at Spurs because Postecoglou’s system does not work well for him. In the transfer market that opens next month, I anticipate Tottenham loaning away the left-back.
