According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Tottenham Hotspur offered Radu Drăgușin a verbal offer on Wednesday for between €22 and €23 million. Napoli reportedly made an offer of €20 million plus Leo Østigård to sign the great player from Genoa.

This was reported by Sky Italia, who also said that the Serie A winners and Spurs are battling for the defender’s services.

Drăgușin is “fascinated” by the prospect of moving to the Premier League, which gives Tottenham an advantage over the Naples team.

Alessandro Zanoli of Napoli is a player Genoa is interested in signing, and Il Mattino reports that a call was made yesterday morning to finalise the loan agreement’s specifics.

Zanoli resisted the Italian champions’ attempts to get him to transfer to Salernitana and join Genoa.

It is improbable that Drăguşin will take part in this procedure. The Romanian international “prefers the Premier League and Tottenham,” according to Il Mattino, who claims Genoa attempted to incorporate him but were unsuccessful.

Paolo Bargiggia, an Italian journalist, told TV Play what Ange Postecoglou’s team needs to do to get the 21-year-old into the north London club as soon as possible.

Tottenham can get him right away for €25–30 million if they are persuaded and make a higher offer. If not, Genoa will retain him through the end of the season and might carry out the surgery in the summer, the man stated.
