Charlie Cresswell’s lack of playing time under Daniel Farke has been connected to Charlie’s departure from Leeds United this month. Millwall and Blackburn are now considering making permanent bids for him.

According to a report from The Sun’s transfer specialist Alan Nixon, Millwall and Blackburn are getting ready to make permanent offers for the 21-year-old Leeds center-back. Nixon writes this on his Patreon.

Cresswell is reportedly valued at around £4 million by Leeds. However, it appears that both parties are trying to negotiate a lower price, with Leeds reportedly willing to accept a lower starting price as long as it includes add-ons for him.

Despite Liam Cooper and Pascal Struijk suffering injuries, Leeds did not include Cresswell at all in their 3-0 victory over Cardiff on Saturday. In 14 of the previous 17 games, he has not been included.

When questioned about Cresswell last week, Farke said the center back’s attitude needed to change if he wanted to make the team. Cresswell has shared content on social media, as has his father, Richard Cresswell.

Charlie Cresswell is permanently moved by Millwall and Blackburn.

Farke, though, is unconcerned. On Saturday, he paired Joe Rodon and Ethan Ampadu in central defense as Leeds won 3-0 for the third time in a row while maintaining another clean sheet. the beginning of an encouraging run.

Although Millwall isn’t known for making large purchases, Nixon notes that Cresswell made an impression when on loan at The Den the previous season. To raise money for him, Blackburn is trying to ship out one or two players.

Farke and Cresswell’s connection is obviously bad right now, thus it might be best for him to go out on loan at the very least. Although it would be a waste of skill, a permanent agreement might be just what he needs.
