With Bristol City’s 1-0 victory at Ashton Gate on Tuesday, West Ham was eliminated from the FA Cup.


Bristol City, who play in the Championship, humiliated West Ham once more on Tuesday night at Ashton Gate during the FA Cup third round replay.


Tommy Conway gave the home team the lead after the Robins capitalised on a mistake by Konstantinos Mavropanos in just three minutes, leaving the Hammers unable to mount a comeback. David Moyes’ team, who has yet to win a game this month, was not helped by the red card given to attacker Said Benrahma in the second half.


West Ham will be resentful. Bristol City may be pleased with the team’s overall performance over the two matches even though they did not witness a man dismissed for violent behaviour. Here’s how tonight’s Hammers studs scored.

wasn’t to blame for Bristol City’s goal, but maybe he could have left sooner. Though he didn’t have much to do, he did get down well and make the saves when needed.
